Through valued and long-term vendor partnerships with full-service machine shops, PartsXpress® offers machining design and engineering for the poultry, meat, and prepared foods processing and fabrication industries. Our machine shops combined provide 22 full-time employees and 20,800+ square feet of machining and fabrication area. Our CNC machining area currently houses 4 CNC lathes and 9 CNC mills. Our CNC lathes are equipped with 48 inch bar feeders and can handle up to a 2.90 inch diameter through the spindle. The milling capacity is 150.00 inches X-axis by 50.00 inches Y-axis. Our shops can download customer electronic data directly into their systems for machining.

Our full-service machine shops specialize in mid-to-high running production machining, which is accompanied by a Quality Control program. You can trust the expertise of our shops which have been serving the food processing industry for over 27 years. Some additional specific areas of expertise are poultry processing components, cams line dividers, wear strips, profiles, gears, and sprockets. All materials used are FDA approved.
