Develop and grow the sales region to ensure consistent yearly revenue stream. Project a professional, ethical and moral image. Maintain a food industry presence that ensures D&F Equipment Sales, Inc. is a highly regarded resource for processing, engineering, and purchasing in the food industry.

Parts Manager
Duties & Responsibilities
- Market and sell conveyor parts to the food industry
- Develop and grow customer base for consistent and growing sales in the Parts Express product line
- Build relationships with customers
- Be the point of contact with the customer on all aspects of particular project
- Support all projects through inception, sale, drawing approval, implementation and close-out
- Submit quotes to office in a timely fashion to allow ample time to price/enter data in final format for the customer (at least 24-48 hours, with longer times for larger quotes)
- Provide backup for other inside sales reps as required
- Submit weekly call, upcoming work, and expense reports by noon on Monday for the week prior
- Prepare preliminary schedule on a weekly basis with call report
Required Skills & Experience
- BS in 4 year institution and 5 years food industry experience, or 10 years experience in the food industry in equipment sales, or processing
- Must have excellent phone skills/etiquette
- Places high priority on maintaining customer relationships
- Must have excellent organization and prioritizing skills
- Microsoft office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD. AutoCAD skills will entail designing and sketching equipment, product flows, and layouts for conceptual presentation to the customer
- Attention to detail and accuracy a must
- Must possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adhere to confidentiality regarding pricing and process
- Frequent travel and weekend work as required
